We have purchased CityPASS now for three cities: Southern California, New York and now Chicago. We have a family of 5 and this makes planning so easy and affordable!! Not to mention not standing in line for tickets!!!

The CityPASS was the perfect way to plan our stay in Chicago. I was able to show my daughter my favorite places in Chicago, and a few others as well. The CityPASS provided a better price, and skipping to the front of the line was like icing on the cake!.

My family came to visit us from Colombia. It was their first time in the states and I wanted to make sure their first vacation was more than what they expected it to be. When I came across the Chicago CityPASS online I knew it was just what I needed to make their trip memorable.

We used Chicago CityPASS recently and it was a not only a vacation saver but a marriage saver. My husband and I would typically argue about which way to go and what to do next. The CityPASS was easy to use and offered detailed information as well as discounts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Purchase & plan days in advance or be disappointed I attempted to purchase CityPASS tickets via a QR code on a display in front of the Shedd aquarium. To make a long story short: the CityPASS company took several hours and multiple emails to verify my purchase and email address before issuing me my tickets... all the while our party were standing outside the venue. I decided to just pay full price for each venue, which did provide INSTANT emails with tickets/ passes to the venues. The following day I received my CityPASS tickets... too little, too late. I actually wasn't sure if I was getting scammed at this point, so I had my credit card company flag the purchase and requested a refund from CityPASS. The CityPASS company did uphold my refund by the next day... but for hecks sake! You need to make several back and forth emails to verify me before you give me tickets that I just paid for???!!! tl;dr Should have purchased tickets ahead of time. Advertisements at venues are apparently misleading.

We had an absolutely fantastic time and with the city pass... were able to see all the necessities plus some! I will absolutely be using this again in the future for Chicago and other cities. What a fantastic deal!
