How will I receive my tickets? When you purchase from citypass.com, you’ll receive an email shortly afterward with a ticket for each individual in your party. You can print the email if you prefer a hard copy.

Can we split up and visit different parks? If you know that members of your party would like to visit different parks and/or visit at different times, please place an order for each party that plans to visit together.

How are theme park tickets different from other CityPASS tickets? City Pass Inc. is an authorized ticket seller of Orlando and Southern California theme park tickets. Each theme park ticket may have unique validity, restrictions, terms, and reservation requirements as determined by the theme park. Please review the theme park ticket's validity, restrictions & details prior to purchase.

Why are my dates unavailable? If the date you wish to visit is not selectable, the theme park is either not accepting admission for that day or sales are no longer available.

Why doesn’t CityPASS sell same-day dated tickets? Once you purchase a theme park ticket through CityPASS there is a processing wait time for the tickets to be delivered to your email.

How do I know which ticket I should buy? There are many different options for theme park tickets. If you would like some personalized advice on what would be best for you, contact CityPASS Customer Care.

How do I bundle theme park tickets together? You can select each ticket you would like from each park and add them to your cart to purchase together in one order.

How do I know I am purchasing a ticket that qualifies for a special promotion? Select "Special Offers" as a filter when reviewing tickets to make sure you select a promotional ticket type. If you meant to purchase a special/promo ticket but purchased a standard ticket instead, please file a refund request for the ticket you purchased, and purchase your promotional ticket in a separate order.

Do CityPASS® tickets include any skip-the-line options for any of the theme parks? Please review the details for each ticket to see the terms. If the ticket does not include skip-the-line or any kind of fast-pass access, check to see if those options can be purchased from the theme park directly using their website or onsite when you visit.

What is the validity period for theme park tickets? The validity for theme park tickets varies by park and ticket type. For more information, please select “Validity, Restrictions, and Details” for your desired ticket.

Can I upgrade my CityPASS® tickets or add additional theme parks to my existing order? To change your tickets or add additional tickets, please request a refund in advance of the visit date and then purchase new tickets. Refunds for theme park tickets must be approved by the park.

How do I change my dates for a dated ticket? To change a dated ticket, please request a refund in advance of the visit date and then purchase new tickets for the correct date. Refunds for theme park tickets must be approved by the park.

How do I purchase Lightning Lane Multi Pass at Disneyland Resort? Tickets including Lightning Lane Multi Pass can be purchased on citypass.com. Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or Lightning Lane Single Pass can also be purchased through the Disneyland Resort app on the day of your park visit after park entry; please check the app after park entry for pricing and availability, as availability is limited. Do theme park tickets include parking? Generally, parking is not included. Visit each theme park's website to find parking information.

How do I add my tickets to the Disney or Universal App? Download the Disneyland app and/or the Universal Studios Hollywood app to manually enter the barcode shown under the respective theme park ticket in your Southern California CityPASS® ticket email. If you have further questions, please contact the theme park directly.

Was easy to navigate through offers and if needed, the details were broken down simply; everything was in one place so you know exactly what you're getting. Second time using citypass. Definitely most efficient way to get main attractions tickets.

Easy and affordable

So happy we did the CityPASS. We did LegoLand, SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo and saved a lot of $ compared to their sites and gate fees!

It was easy and fast. I bought the Legoland tickets and was happy I did. I had the best ticket prices for four. I was also satisfied with the chats I had with a rep who answered all my concerns. I will for sure use the City PASS on my next trip.

I've bought CityPASS Two times & I'll do it again, The tickets get emailed straight to your email & The parks scan the Barcode when you are there entering, No hassle no headaches, I've used these twice & Both 3 day one park per day, Once when my kiddos were younger 4 & 5 then again ages 12 & 13. The 2nd time I used them, I had initially chosen Disneyland two days & California Adventure the 3rd day & Universal Studios 4th day. We decided we liked CA Adventure so much better, Well I easily got on the Disneyland app & changed our park reservation for that certain day & Easy change, The same barcode got us into the park the next day, Universal Studios ticket with no questions asked. & Again No hassle!

Pedi mi reembolso, y si me constaton pronto, y esye procedio a los 3 dias, lo cual agradezco. Pero no compraria de nuevo.

Absolutely no complains. I also booked Disney tickets through the app. Savings aren't quite as remarkable, but it's something. Would definitely use again.
