First time Chicago trip & CityPASS
Got a CityPASS Chicago C3 for my family - 2 adults, 2 children. Saw Griffen Museum of Science and Industry, Shedd Aquarium and Adler Planetarium. So you buy the pass online and get a QR code. When I signed up for my day/time at the Griffen, I could put my code in - and I think it gave me the discount. Same with the Shedd. I’m not really sure how much it really even saved me… ? It didn’t make that very clear. Also with the Planetarium it says online you should buy advanced tickets, however when I tried doing it online there wasn’t a place to put in my CityPASS code. ? We went there that morning without a reservation…. Staff said that there’s not an area to put in the code online. !? It was unclear online and my husband and I got in an argument over how to make reservations/didn’t know how to do it. The CityPASS was kind of confusing to use… not sure how much it actually saved us. Would be nice to have discounts on other things like transportation or restaurants too. ? We were only there 1.5 days, so the 5 attraction pass would’ve been too much. It seemed like everywhere I went on attraction websites they wanted us to buy a CityPASS… you advertise well, but directions how to use it aren’t nearly as clear.

A wonderful experience for a great price!!
CityPASS - C3 was great. We were able to experience 3 great attractions and for an affordable price. We got a feel for a few things before we decided to bring the kids. I had no issues with my confirmations, no issues with customer service. It was all a breeze! Will be purchasing again!

The worst experience I've ever had at Skydeck Chicago.
The place was super crowded and the very limited time to "enjoy" the ledge which actually was a 90 miserable seconds, made this part of my trip a moment to forget
