Saved us so much money!
We bought two CityPASS tickets for our first trip to Chicago and it was so helpful. We had two full days and were able to use the passes to the fullest. On day one we went to the Art Institute and did the Architecture Tour. Day two we went to the Shedd Aquarium, Adler Planetarium, and Skydeck. This saved us so much time and money. I feel like we were able to experience some of the “must see” locations in the city with the help of this pass. Definitely recommend!

The museum was closed for 3 days when I am there.
Skydeck looking down part was closed due to the maintenance.

Worth the price
Traveled with my family of four to Chicago for 3 days. Citypass was worth the price. Included upgrade for the Willis Tower Ledge alone was worth the cost to skip the long line.

Poor Communication and Customer Support
Poor communication about when certain attractions can be experienced and poor customer support that was rigidly relaying information that didn’t make sense. This resulted in my money being wasted on an attraction that I couldn’t see and CityPASS got paid from me for an attraction which me and my family never experienced.
