Dallas CityPASS
Fantastic deal!
We got to see all the sights we were going to see anyway, at a fraction of the cost. Definitely made our trip planning (and budgeting) so much easier. Loved all the places we visited. Made it to almost all the museums. Good deal!
Buddy and I made a quick dallas trip and this pass was a great way to see a lot the city has to offer. Definitely better and cheaper to go this route if you plan on seeing 3 or 4 of the venues.CityPASS is a must!
If you want to do the tourist thing whether you’re a visitor or a "Dallasite" then the CityPASS is a must-get. Great way to see everything and save money, too!
I have 3 granddaughters and I am always looking for ways to entertain and educate them without breaking the bank. The CityPASS was a real blessing! I purchased the Dallas CityPASS and we were able to see and do something new and exciting every day! Dallas CityPASS
The CityPASS is a win-win situation. You get to plan your stay better knowing that you WILL be visiting those sites and avoids the hassle of standing in line to purchase the tickets. Fast, quick, economical and FUN!

Not the way I wanted to end my vacation
We arrived around 4:20 to Reunion Tower for our 5pm reservation. Upon arrival Amanda (manager) told everyone if you have a 5pm reservation to step into a line in the middle of the hall behind a sign that she had wrote 5-5:30 reservations. Everyone before 5 was directed to stand against the wall. She proceeded to let everyone in who was standing against the wall and bounced back to our line to answer a question. She then erased the -5:30 from her sign and announced that anyone with 5:30 needs to be in a 3rd line. Around 4:30, our line was moved to the wall and I noticed Amanda was telling majority of the people in our line to go stand in a ticket line but was unsure the reason until it came time for her to greet us. We also were directed to stand in the ticket line although we already had tickets with a 5pm reservation time. We stood in the long line as directed. While waiting in line, another employee came up and said if you have reservations at 5 to go stand in the line up against the wall. Myself and another customer began to tell her that Amanda told us to come get in this line. She had us wait and went over to speak with Amanda. We continued to wait in the long line and then showed our City Pass voucher and was given a 5pm print out and was directed back to the line by the wall. We were let in right at 5 through the 1st entrance only to find that there was another very long line to wait for the elevator to go up. We made it up to the top at around 5:35. I booked at 5pm so that I could see the sun before sunset. By the time we arrived the sun had already set so I missed the picture that I wanted to take with my family all because there was no clear procedure on City Pass customers. I asked for compensation but was only offered a print picture as Amanda said she is unable to refund when booked through a 3rd party. Because there was no clear procedure on how to handle City Pass customers, those with 5:30 who booked direct was moved into our spot so we had to wait for them. Awaiting to hear from Dusty or Shawn as I was not given their contact information.

CityPASS delivers a curated list of attractions!
CityPASS is usually my go to for discounted fares on popular attractions. This is usually a good bundle of tickets. For Dallas CityPASS, the sites are in the top ten. I know it doesn’t include The Sixth Floor Museum or Dallas Arboretum. I have seen CityPass in other cities not include top of the top attractions because they couldn’t negotiate 50% deals (in the past it was included but now no). From time to time, sites became too expensive that CityPass swapped it out. I always look at the configuration and this package is best if you are going stay for an extended weekend (not one or two days).

The Best ideas was ro but CityPass
The Holocausto museum was very pedagogical. The historial background put us in place to understand better what happeneds afterward. The testimonies were very clear and emotive.
The Perrot museum was a Lot of fun

Not easy to contact the individual companies.
Unfortunately, our appointments were impacted by the airline issues. Reaching these venues w difficult because there was no person to speak with. I did d get to reschedule one via email and attend one where an appointment wasn’t needed.

Great deal!
I was looking for things to do in the Dallas area while visiting with my nephew who is new to the area. Many of the things I wanted to do were included with the City Pass so I figured that would be a good savings for me on things I planned to do. A really good deal!
