New York C3
We traveled to New York as a family of 6, and the C3 pass provide us with an affordable option to enjoy a few of NYC's awesome attractions. It was hassle-free, and each vendor was familiar with the pass. We did the mobile pass option...I highly recommend it to anyone, especially large groups.
As we were only spending a few days in the city, the C3 was perfect. It allowed us to pick the three places that we really wanted to see and not feel rushed. The ability to show the passes on mysmartphone for all 6 of us was extremely convenient, and we never had a problem using them at the places we went to.
Purchased the C3 pass for myself and my son. It allowed us to customize the sites we wanted to see. The mobile option was great! Just showed the agents our smartphones and we were in.
My boyfriend and I went on a redeye trip to NYC and since we were only there for a day, we got a C3 pass. It was perfect. It gave us options for attractions while being very affordable for the amount of time we were there.
Smartest thing I did for this trip. This was my second visit to New York and I'm still amazed at how much I got done in 2 and a half days. Great price and quick access to all the attractions. Definitely purchasing again for my next city!

NOT POSSIBLE TO RESERVE IN ADVANCE;
I took a City pass and was good for the attractions but not for the reservations.
I was unable to reserve on my phone or computer. The hotel needed to call city pass and had to reserve by this way.

Really easy
We bought the pass when we arrived in NYC and it’s expansive but really easy to use and to book activities. It’s a great pass for the first time in NYC.

Felt not worth for New York trip
Advantages: Easy to reschedule and info in the app
Disadvantages: Felt individual tickets are less priced and lines are too long for CityPass holders rather than general or direct ticket holders. Example - American museum of Natural history will take minimum 2 hours to enter if you are CityPass ticket holder and if you buy the ticket in the premises you will be able to enter in less than 5 minutes

Locked and unloaded
Good for simplicity and centralized tickets but difficult when changes or upgrades needed. Example. Must upgrade at Empire State building to 102nd observatory or buy separate tickets. Unless your sure you’ll use all the standard/general Likely better to buy individual tickets.

Incredible value and experience!
The attractions that were included in the CityPASS were definitely worth the cost, and I was most impressed with how easy the app was to use! I felt like I breezed through my trip and had absolutely no issues with lines or accessing my tickets. Also, the additional discount on Broadway tickets was a huge bonus - as a die hard theater fan it offered so much savings and was really a cherry on top!!
