New York C3
We traveled to New York as a family of 6, and the C3 pass provide us with an affordable option to enjoy a few of NYC's awesome attractions. It was hassle-free, and each vendor was familiar with the pass. We did the mobile pass option...I highly recommend it to anyone, especially large groups.
As we were only spending a few days in the city, the C3 was perfect. It allowed us to pick the three places that we really wanted to see and not feel rushed. The ability to show the passes on mysmartphone for all 6 of us was extremely convenient, and we never had a problem using them at the places we went to.
Purchased the C3 pass for myself and my son. It allowed us to customize the sites we wanted to see. The mobile option was great! Just showed the agents our smartphones and we were in.
My boyfriend and I went on a redeye trip to NYC and since we were only there for a day, we got a C3 pass. It was perfect. It gave us options for attractions while being very affordable for the amount of time we were there.
Smartest thing I did for this trip. This was my second visit to New York and I'm still amazed at how much I got done in 2 and a half days. Great price and quick access to all the attractions. Definitely purchasing again for my next city!

Easy and well worth it!
After reading many reviews for passes while in New York? I went with the CityPASS C3 pass and it has been excellent. I chose the 3 experiences before I left home and selected my days and times and on arrival to the attractions, everything went as planned - easy quick scanning of the code from my phone and we were in. I chose the Empire State Building, 9/11 museum & memorials and the Statue of Liberty tour. The C3 pass was great for the few days we were in New York and I highly recommend the CityPASS.

Brings savings but expect to pay more
I went on my first trip to NYC and had CityPASS recommended by a friend.
I got the standard 5-attraction pass and used it during my stay.
While I was happy that this helped me save some money as compared to buying the attractions individually, I was kind of disappointed with a few aspects of this pass. Firstly, the 5 attraction pass does not allow selection of all 10 available attractions that are available on both the 3 attraction and full 10 attraction passes.
This was a shame as I later realised I wanted to visit the edge however this was not available.
Secondly I was quite disappointed with how restrictive the pass was in terms of the extras for each attraction - almost every attraction had some other additional fees if you wanted the full experience (Empire state floor 102 costs extra, certain circle line cruises are not available and cost extra, 9/11 museum audio tour requires extra payment etc.)
I still think the pass is a decent deal but it did disappoint me when I still ended up having to spend quite a bit more money for the full experience.

Pass didn’t work unfortunately
I would highly recommend CiryPASS unfortunately my pass wouldn’t work during my recent trip to New York. Customer service were very helpful and give me a full refund. I would use again if I went on holiday again and hopefully it would work for me.

CityPASS was the best way to by-pass the ticket lines and get straight into the various attractions with minimal fuss or problems! Convenient to use, just a few clicks in the CityPASS app to reserve and the tickets popped right up on my phone--excellent!

First trip to NYC made easy!
I just recently (February 2025) went on my first trip to NYC! It was an amazing experience with CityPASS! We were able to visit our must-have attractions and didn't have to worry about buying a new ticket each time. We had no issues booking reservations or with our tickets scanning. It was convenient and affordable!
